Saiga 12 ga pre-ban Semi-Auto shotgun

Can anyone tell me about the Saiga 12 ga pre-ban Sem-iAuto shotgun? I am told that it was made in Russia from American Parts. It has a Baker's dozen mag and I am told it will fire through it in a flash.

Is it legal in NY? It is being sold for a pretty penny and it seems to goood to be true!

I know the gun it's self is. Not sure about that clip you have on it. If I am at all unsure about firearm sales or transfers, you should contact the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosive at 1-800-ATF-GUNS and visit the ATF website at http://www.atf.gov.
