I don't know about you guys but japan has a history of lying and I don't feel they have been all that transparent about the nuclear power plants. So if you do live on the west coast I would pick up some potasium iodide pills. Better safe then sorry IMO.An expert says "no need to be worried" about radiation to people buying potasium iodide tablets outside Japan.
