Can anyone tell me about the Saiga 12 ga pre-ban Sem-iAuto shotgun? I am told that it was made in Russia from American Parts. It has a Baker's dozen mag and I am told it will fire through it in a flash.
Is it legal in NY? It is being sold for a pretty penny and it seems to goood to be true!
