Mini 14's Rock. I don't own one however my dad and a few friends of mine do. They are a very accurate rifle. Budsgunshop has them for $668 and ships free. I've been thinking about picking one up for the wife.
Cool you cant go wrong. There are several places to buy ammo by the case very reasonable.
I have had two of them, and liked them. They are not as accurate as my AR's, and they are a little heavier, but good solid weapon. I am partial to my ARs as I have carried them for the last 20 years in the military. Just my 2 cents

O yea I love my AR
I don't own one, but they sure are fun to shoot, my friend has one. I also know a guy I work with that has a Mini-30. I was looking at one of the Ruger Ranch Rifles awhile ago, they seem pretty nice. Then Ruger came out with the Gunsite Scout Rifle in .308, I want one of those so bad it hurts!
